I am very excited about what is happening in Japan right now ✨
I have begun building my ministry in Japan in a new way, step by step. This time, I hope to connect more closely with people and walk together in a more personal way than before. Through music and stories, I want to share encouragement, hope, and the love of God, while also building deeper relationships with the people I meet along the way.
Since I started to travel to Japan in 1992 I've always been supported by managers in Japan, but now I no longer have an agency to back me up so this time I'm planning the tour myself, together with the help and support of many wonderful people/friends. It's not always easy and to be honest, a bit scary, but I truly feel that God is guiding each step. I'm deeply thankful to everyone who walks with me through prayers, encouragement, and support.
As part of this new journey, I am especially happy to be working together with Shinichiro Yamamoto, a wonderful pianist, musician, and choir leader. For many years, Shinichiro has shared hope with people through gospel music, and I am very grateful for this collaboration. In July, the “Hanshin Gospel Workshop” will begin. Together, we will prepare for the Premium Live concert in Takarazuka on October 12, where many voices will come together in song. Whether you are completely new to gospel music or already have experience, you are warmly welcome to join us ✨
