When the Preparations Become Part of the Journey
A journey does not begin the moment you step onto the plane.
It begins much earlier.
In the thoughts.
In the prayers.
In the conversations.
In all the small practical details that slowly begin to fall into place.
Right now, I find myself in the middle of that phase. The trip to Japan is still some time away, but the preparations have already begun. The concerts are taking shape, and step by step the journey is becoming real.
There is still much that is not yet settled. Flights need to be booked, the visa application needs to be handled, and many details still need to be worked out. But in the midst of it all, I feel deeply grateful.
Japan has meant so much to me through the years. Every time I think of all the people I have met there, my heart is filled with warmth. Friendships, concerts, prayers, laughter, tears and memories – I carry all of this with me.
This journey is not only about returning to a country I love. It is about continuing to share music, hope and joy of life with people who have held a very special place in my heart for many years.
Please continue to carry our journey in your prayers.
Please pray that Patrik and I will find good flight tickets, that the visa application will go smoothly, and that all the practical details will fall into place in a good way.
