We are finally on our way!
After months of planning, preparing, rehearsing and taking care of countless little details, it almost feels unreal to say it:
My Japan journey is beginning! π―π΅
Today, Patrik and I travelled to Landvetter Airport and checked in at the Scandic Hotel, ready for our flight tomorrow morning.
And today happens to be my birthday too! πβ€οΈ
So tonight we celebrated with a lovely dinner at the hotel β a wonderful way to end my birthday and spend our last evening in Sweden before the journey begins for real.
Tomorrow morning we fly to Japan! πΈπͺβοΈπ―π΅
Almost three weeks lie ahead of us, filled with concerts, churches, schools, PARAART TOKYO, choirs, musicians and so many encounters with people.
I feel incredibly grateful for everyone who has helped make this journey possible. So many people have been planning, preparing, rehearsing, praying and encouraging me along the way.
And I am very happy to have Patrik beside me on this journey. β€οΈ
My prayer is that these weeks will bring hope, encouragement and joy, and that music will continue to build bridges β between countries, between people and between hearts.
Japan β here we come! πΈπͺβοΈπ―π΅
