How many years apart?
What a historical experience I had today! Some of you know how I'm working hard right now to become strong and reduce my pain in my back, hip and knee.
A couple of weeks ago, I told you in my blog about how I've started to train in a gym with a personal trainer. And already now after two weeks I feel a change. Very positive.

Now it's Paralympics!
As I write, I watch the Opening Ceremony of the Paralympics Games in Japan. And as I watch, many memories comes to my mind.
As one of all the athletes sitting there in the front row atĀ the huge arena in Seoul in 1988 at the Opening Ceremony, full of expectations and truly excited about the competition days ahead of me, was an enormous experience. As for all elite athletes, the Olympic Games are the absolute biggest competition you can compete in. And as an athlete, it requires an enormous amounā¦
Today we celebrate the woman
To FEEL GOOD is probably something most of us want. I often get the question ā How can you be so happy all the time? Firstly, Iām not happy all the time, but Iām happy most of time. For me, life is a great gift and I enjoy experiencing every day of it.
Being a woman and born with a disability may not be the best prerequisites for a happy life in todayās society. There are so many ideals that we believe bring us joy and success.
